REPRESENTING YOUR PRODUCT CONCEPT Assuming you have a viable product idea in an appropriate presentation form, we'll ask you to enter into an Exclusive Representation Agreement for 6 to 12 months giving us the right to represent and license your product to our manufacturing clients. We will bear all of the cost and expenses associated with representation, including all of the legal fees that result from negotiating a successful License Agreement on your behalf. Once a License Agreement is signed, you will receive 60% of all future Advances and Royalties generated by your product in the marketplace. Our share will be 40%, and no deductions will be taken for any of the expenses we incurred representing your concept. If we're unsuccessful in our efforts to license your product, there is NO Charge for our representation service. Our financial success is always tied to your success! |
