To achieve these goals we've developed a philosophy of doing business which we believe to be, both, mutually rewarding and very productive. We share the same creative spirit and desire to succeed. The opportunities afforded us by working together require trust and open communications. We understand the creative process is a very personal one, filled with risks and rewards (and we're not just speaking of the "financial" ones). What you have created is very important to you, and we know it may be difficult for you to accept well intentioned criticism, no matter how well informed the source. However, when you create products for a marketplace as intensive and competitive as toys and games, as well as other mass market consumer products, you must be prepared to be as objective as possible. The goal, after all, is to create a product or product line that we can license to one of our major manufacturing clients, as well as one you can be proud of when it's on the shelf for the world to see. The process isn't always an easy one. But, if you'll keep an open mind, and you're ready to learn, the chances for our mutual success will be greatly improved.
